New Offering In The Healthcare Marketplace

Modivcare is leading the transformation to better connect people with care, wherever they are. We serve the most underserved by facilitating non-emergency medical transportation, remote patient monitoring, meal delivery, and personal and home care to enable greater access to care, reduce costs and improve outcomes.

I led the branding project for this new offering. The goal was to build a brand. I wrote, shot, edited, and produced new video material and creative campaigns, along with the 2D design for new brand guidelines.

ORGANIZATION

Mergers, Acquisitions, & Brand Portfolio Management

Every acquisition is different. Our company chose to keep their local brand presence because it had established value within the communities they served. I was tasked with managing these assets under new branding guidelines, creating deliverables, and tracking success.

Using Wordpress, Brandfolder, and Wrike I created a marketing portal.

The B2C marketing needs of this service line is complex. The marketing teams and local branches need access to their updated logos, PPT shows, in-person event materials, merchandise, 2D materials, and digital assets. Having easy access and management of these materials was crucial. I was able to update assets, distribute, manage, and track usage.

There were over 1,000 team members who worked for 14 separate brands. There were over 95 branch offices across 7 states on the East Coast.

With the use of this new system, we saw a 30% increase in digital engagement across the board, which included web traffic, linkedin followers, and customer survey responses. In my division, which was home-based services, we saw a 25% increase in growth, we used new hires vs. paycheck issue as a benchmark for success. My efforts led to a completely brand new and streamlined process where business could effortlessly continue as usual, and yet access new and exciting materials which led to more community engagement, digital traffic, growth, and revenue.

Photography & Digital Asset Management (DAM)

I (heavily added to) and managed a centralized repository for managing digital files, enabling users to efficiently store, locate, and share these assets within an organization or externally with partners and clients.

I am well versed in studio videography and photography, location and event photography, drone footage capture, interview techniques, and media capture and compression best practices.
